The Milk Maid Cocktail from The Whistler in Chicago

  
Instead of your usual tequila drink, I’m looking at you margarita, try this unique cocktail from The Whistler. Cucumber and coconut combine into something magical in this creamy, bright, and refreshing drink. 

The Milk Maid
2 oz Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Coco Lopez
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 Simple Syrup
2 Slices of Fresh Cucumber

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake, strain into an old fashioned glass with one large ice cube. Place a cucumber slice on top of ice and sprinkle 2 pinches of salt on top.
