Jell-O shots are often thought of as something you don’t drink after your hard partying college days. But now it’s time for your Jell-O shots to match your bill paying adult self and what better way then with everyone’s favorite piña colada.
Piña Colada Jello Shots
2 Packets of Unflavored Gelatin
8 oz Pineapple Juice
4 oz Coconut Cream (Coco Lopez)
2 oz White Rum
1 1/2 Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
Directions: Sprinkle the gelatin over the pineapple juice in a sauce pan and let stand for 1 minute. Heat on stove on medium heat and stir until gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature and stir in coconut cream, rum, and chartreuse. Pour into your mold of choice.
Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours and enjoy.
